Our PROCESS
STAGE 1 - DiscoverY
During this initial phase, we understand where the business and owner are currently, what the value potential is, what the objectives are, and then we develop a plan to get there. We focus during this stage on:
- Assessing the business from an external viewpont
- Estimating current and potential value of the business
- Understanding owner objectives, values and vision
- Understanding personal and financial goals
- Creating an action plan for business and personal aspects
STAGE 2 - ACTION
We then move into the action phase of the program, with a focus on both business and personal elements. During this stage we focus on:
- Disciplined execution of the action plan
- Rolling 90-day sprints
- Monthly workshops
- Weekly check-ins
- Clear measurement of progress across both business and personal aspects
STAGE 3 - DeciSIONS
Every 90-days, we ask the question "Continue" or "Next Step"
- If "Continue", we go on with the next 90-day sprint and keep building.
- If "Next Step", we initiate the desired option (whatever that may be) and progress down that road.
